She never knew
she would meet someone on her way.
A safe place for her heart,
a harbour amidst any storm that she might face.
Her constant, her rock,
her strength, her reason.
Someone who shall never change.
Someone unlike anyone else,
Like never before she has ever met,

She would sparkle when she talked,
and would shine whenever she smiled,
Infusing her light brightly into that someone’s weary soul.
Someone who just came along,
whom she could accept
with her every percept.
Someone who loved her immensely
and roared loudly at her demons.
Someone who could calm and make her comfortable
About her deepest fears,
Simply by being there for her,
someone who would balance her mood
by just placing a hand around hers.
Someone who was used to living alone
who silently walked through the path of life as lone
Now would recognise her
and respect the warmth and support
needed for their world to exist,
that always had the source in her.
Someone who could make her smile
and add some more pink glow to her.
Invigorating her with gratitude for her.
Someone with a fearless attitude
in this ruthless world
Who could take good care of her.
Someone who can untiringly everyday
sweetly whisper to the soul of hers.
The promise to never waver even a bit,
from the affectionate feelings towards her.
Someone who brought peace to her heart
when she rested her head,
upon the shoulders strong.
A place of her belonging
where she would trust to return
under any circumstances,
to let go of worry and to hear
“I am there with you
to never let you go wrong”.
Someone who would always
bring her back to her,
No matter where the flights of time
may take her ,
and regardless of where her mind may wander.
Once She settled back
She was assured of the solace
she found in her bringing back anchor.
Someone who never knew
how to chase the dreams
to make them come true,
To let the hopes and spirit
rise and soar with the heavens through,
Until she showed up
and brought this to the realization.
That sometimes you have to trust the wings
you had all along,
To let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs,
And simply to go ahead
to manifest your wishes,
to make the universe listen to your commands.
They bonded like a unique pair
different from all others.
Respect, admiration and love
that they had for each other
checked and kept their balances
right in their relationship.
Yin and Yang as she often called them
and considered they completed each other perfectly
like some jigsaw puzzle,
Found each other against impossible odds,
Believing when love seemed so far away,
They discovered their love
in an improbable way.
The impeccable love of the two
Who never gave up on the vision that

Would find their happiness
that can last ever after.
